Begin by asking us questions like how should we design for an aging workforce? How do we combat the isolation that comes from working in a ‘virtual office’  and what is a sustainable office environment? Our answers come in many formats:  a multi-disciplinary approach means searching for the right answer for each individual project. Collaborating and working with different people and organisations such as the Helen Hamlyn, Totem, Plot, Bas Kools and The Hub. A work process which starts with the people who are to use these spaces, researching, creative thinking, quick prototyping and workshops. Evolving to think about new design strategies, ways to enhance our everyday experiences of spaces, new products, communicating these ideas and delivering what we think is the best solution!
